The Emergency Warning Sirens will be activated under the following conditions: 

(1)  The sirens are tested on the second Monday of each month at 9:15 a.m. 

(2)  The conditions at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant indicate the public should be alerted for possible protective measures

(3)  Limestone County is under a Tornado Warning or may be put under a warning shortly.
